This place is really cool, looking. Actually is very hot, bring plenty of water. They do have lots of short trails. You can walk down and see cool stuff. Bighorn sheep wander around close by. Only about 45 minute drive from Las Vegas makes a great day trip. You wanna do something besides gamble OK for the whole family
The rock formations are absolutely amazing in this place. Great hiking with native American archeological, and geological highlights. The campgrounds are very well maintained. I've stayed overnight here a few times and the stars are incredible!
The scenery is beautiful. The guide at the visitor's center provided great info about the various trails available and pointed out some "must-see" spots. They have a variety of trails from .1 miles long to over 4 miles long. We saw lizards, squirrels, and even a few mountain goats/rams. This was definitely worth the drive from Las Vegas.
Really cool place to drive around and visit. It was $15 a car for out if state residents. Got to see a lot of big horn sheep as well. Many bathrooms and picnic areas throughout. Lots to see and we'll worth the cost. The visitor center is really nice and has good souvenirs, as well as information about the area and animals.
Such a beautiful place and definitely worth the drive! The red rock formations and scenery are amazing, and every turn has a great view. We really enjoyed exploring and taking photos. A must-visit if you’re in the Las Vegas area! 🔥🏜️
