This was my 2nd time staying at Harrahs. First time tried the kiosk check in- terrible experience. After entering all my info i still had to see the front desk and it said room wasnt ready, it was 6pm. Valley tower elevator kept breaking down. Terrible view. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. Danny made check in much better through his efficiency to demonstrate relaxed customer service through conversation & working…

I stayed here for 3 nights for work. I believe they checked me into an ADA accessible room, at least the shower was ADA accessible. I did not request this or need it. The bathroom floor is angled so all the water pooled up on the other side o…
Hair in our sink when we checked in. The pillows smelled like old man dirty head! None of the kiosks work! No refrigerator in the rooms. Coffee maker but no coffee or cups. The pool closes at 6 pm!! Hotel needs updated, quit being cheap and spend some money on your hotel!! Won't be back!! I guess you get what you pay for. Bell people were amazing!

Tracey checked us in and was super welcoming and friendly and answered any questions we had. We got upgraded to a King s…
