Really enjoyed this park. It was very beautiful. Plenty of space for picnics and barbecue areas. Lots of space to explore. Could use a little touchup when it comes to the self guided tour plaques due to them being very sun beaten. It so unfortunate that people feel entitled to have their dogs off leash. So many larger breeds walking pretty far ahead of their owners when there are signs everywhere around the trails to have your pets always on a leash. I’ve even had a dog get aggressive towards me and my kids. Makes it a pretty stressful walk for others trying to enjoy the park. Just be aware it’s a growing issue unfortunately.
Floyd Lamb Park is local gem desert oasis with beautiful lake ducks and peacocks. Nice area to go for a nature walk or run to explore the architecture, interesting horse barn and garage areas. Also known for the former Tule Springs Divorce Ranch (read history in photo). You will also find memorial spots for beloved family members and their stories. We ended up here for a photo shoot, and I am glad we did. It's really a beautiful park. There is alot to it, so make sure to check it all out. Too bad its kind of away from everything, unless you live deeper in North Las Vegas that is.
