It’s not safe to be here. According to recent findings, there are 30–50 million asbestos structures per gram on the dry lake bed. There should be a warning sign in this area. Look up Veritasium’s asbestos documentary on YouTube.
Difficult to find access roads. Hot as hell in triple digits daily. Hot winds and zero shade. Mornings nice for RC models-drones-fast car tests. About 8 miles long. BLM property with 16 day camping along lake bed [not on the dry lake. Shopping in Boulder City nearby.
Unfortunately they have installed all these solar panels that while in the distance take away from the beauty of the area.
